These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Barrios AI website and services (the "Service") operated by Barrios AI, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account and Authentication

You must create an account using third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google, GitHub, Twitter/X).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur under it.
No sharing accounts or using the Service for unauthorized purposes.

2. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment information.
Digital book purchases and workshops are non-refundable.
You may not resell, reproduce, or use any part of the books for other books, courses, or content without permission.

3. Service Availability and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
In the event of discontinuation, we will provide a link to a GitHub repository containing your purchased books, accessible via the email used to sign up.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws.
No warranties are made regarding the accuracy of book content or any damages incurred from using the books.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms without notification. The latest version is always available on our website.
