Chord Time: planetary motion as harmonic timestamps

Chord Time is the fundamental unit of CosmoHarmonics. At any given instant, the planets in our solar system occupy specific positions in their orbits, each moving at a unique velocity determined by Kepler's laws of planetary motion.
We translate these orbital velocities into musical frequencies. Mercury, racing around the Sun, produces higher pitches. Mars, in its slower outer orbit, contributes deeper tones. Together, the inner planets form a four-note chord that exists only at this precise moment in cosmic time.

This is the granular atom: the smallest meaningful unit of cosmic music. From here, everything else emerges: chord progressions across days, harmonic patterns across seasons, symphonies spanning decades.
Just as you might use pandas to analyze time-series data, you can sample cosmic chords at any interval (hourly, daily, yearly) to discover harmonic patterns hidden in celestial mechanics.

Planetary Velocity → Frequency
Each planet's orbital velocity (from NASA JPL data) maps to a musical frequency. Mercury moves fastest → highest pitch. Mars moves slowest → lowest pitch.

Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars together form a four-voice chord at any given moment. This chord changes continuously as the planets orbit.
